My children are a constant source of inspiration to me, I watch them each and every day challenging themselves to overcome hurdles and achieve more. Today their strength and determination inspired me to take on my own challenge (and believe me this will be a challenge!!) to ride the 45 miles between Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle in aid of the Princes Trust. 

The Princes Trust is an incredible charity which helps 13 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives. Last year they helped more than 56,000 young people turn their lives around.
