I am going to be doing the 2010 Walk4Matt for the 3 charities nominated by Matt these are the RPA Benevolent Fund, the Matt Hampson Trust and SpecialEffect of which Matt is Patron and which seek's to transforms lives for young people with disabilties via ground breaking technology. The walk is 110 miles which we will finish in time for the Premiership final at Twickenham.  As a wheelchair user myself the Walk4Matt will be even more of a challenge for me, nobody else on the walk will be carrying spare inner tubes, a puncture repair kit and tool kit!
