We want to ensure that every patient at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals experiences the highest quality of care available. We raise funds for cutting edge technology, additional specialist staff and extra comforts for patients, over and above what is possible with NHS funding alone.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm joining Kaeron & Roy Dodson on a 23 mile walk on the 26th May 2012 between the Rosie hospital in Cambridge (where Alex spent the first 5 weeks of his life in intensive care) and Hinchingbrooke hospital (where Alex spent the following 4 weeks and met his amazing prem friends).

I used to walk quite a bit, but I think this is going to be a serious challenge as I havent walked more than a few miles since before Alex was born!

But its all to support Sam's parents in raising as much money as possible for both hospitals. Alex certainly wouldnt be here without them! Any donation you make will be much appreciated.

Last year I managed to raise £400 for Bliss. This year I'd like to try a bit harder and raise a £1000.
