I've been pounding the hills and streets of Sheffield in preparation for a long 10 miles by the sea in the Great South Run on 25th October.  Please spur me on and help get me round the course by sponsoring me! I'm running for the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture, which is a charity that provides care and rehabilitation for individuals and their families who have been subjected to torture.
