I'm taking part in walking to raise funds for Carlisle and Eden MIND.

I will walk every day in January. Not sure how far yet as I found 7 days doing 10,000 steps hard earlier in the last year, so not that far for 31 days!! Maybe a minimum of 1 mile a day, more if I can manage it!
