The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

Organised by Kirsty Connor, we are a group of 100 friends who have only ever met online but supported one another through their most difficult times, we have won the chance to celebrate Jet2holidays 100th aircraft through their Party Plane competition.

Our Party Plane entry is made up of friends from a Facebook group which is a friendly chat group for anyone who loves entering competitions, and we all have a lucky attitude to life.

A lot of us have been through difficult times in life, struggled with mental health issues or even just needed a friend to talk to, and our community has been a great place to make new friends and remind ourselves to feel lucky no matter what life throws at us.

We are using this opportunity to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation.

Please donate and see some of us donning our Just Plane Lucky pants at the airport along with other Lucky accessories.

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
