Holly was my niece who was born with a very rare condition called Congenital Melanocytic Syndrome which is characterised by the presence of Moles. Because of this condition Holly was at high risk of developing melanoma. Unfortunately this is what happened, devastating the family when she died at just 2 years old in February 2014. 

Caring Matters Now is the charity I'm representing that supported my  brother and sister in law throughout, and work tirelessly raising funds for Dr Kinsler at Great Ormond St Hospital for vital research to find a cure for this rare condition.
