As some of you are already aware I have decided to run the Bupa 10k on 31st May 2010 to help raise money for Epilepsy Research UK.

Unfortunately my eldest son William was diagnosed with epilepsy last year having suffered a seizure back in February 2009 so Epliepsy Research UK seemed an obvious charity to choose. Having seen a seizure first hand I wanted to be able to help fund further research into possibly finding a cure.

Epilepsy Research UK is the only national charity solely dedicated to epilepsy research. They aim to substantially increase the funding available for research into the causes, treatment and prevention of this debilitating condition, which affects adults and children.
