Help for Heroes is a great cause, helping injured war veterans to recover from wounds picked up while fighting for their country, giving them back their lives.

I've chosen to support Help for Heroes on a climbing expedition run by my fellow Vodafone Graduates, which will see a group of us climb Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Snowden (Wales) all within 24 hours. 

None of the expenses for the trip are coming out of donations, so every penny raised will go directly to H4H.
