Hello friends,

Ok so I have decided to get off the couch and do some running!  I will be running in the ING New York Marathon on the 2nd November 09.  I am raising money for the Gumboots Foundation who assists communities who struggle each day for a better future http://www.gumboots.org.uk/ they have some wonderful projects in South Africa and would greatly appreciate any donation.
