On Friday 27th January we said goodbye to Tam - an extraordinarily wonderful human who touched the hearts of so many. Beautiful, kind and loving, she was always just a ray of sunshine.

She has profoundly influenced my life in so many ways and inspired me to be a better person... if I can be half the person she was I will be doing okay.

She spent her final days in St Peter's Hospice where she passed away surrounded by friends and family. St Peter's Hospice is a wonderful organisation and the support it gives to those who are terminally ill, and their friends and family, is just incredible.

I will be joining Team Tam and will be riding in the Tour de Bristol on 7 April... please dig deep and sponsor me!
