Nottingham Rape Crisis Centre offers a face to face counselling session for survivors of rape and sexual violence. It also offers a Helpline where survivors can speak to a trained/training counsellors or sexual abuse.

A friend of mine works for the centre and they are currently looking for funds to pay for things such as shampoo, soap etc so that victims who seek help and advice from the centre can shower on site after not only going through rape/sexual abuse but also the medical examination which checks for injuries which will need to be treated and  also for taking DNA evidence which will hopefully lead to prosecution.
