Ken's message:

I am taking part in the Dragon Duathlon with my friends Martin, Prys and Adrian to raise funds for Prostate Cymru. We started running and cycling about three years ago and have entered a range of competitions including duathlons, triathlons and ultra runs. I have previously completed the Marmotte Cyclosportive across the French Alps and an Ironman Triathlon in Mallorca.

On 1st July we will be taking part in the Dragon Duathlon, an epic sporting endurance challenge. We will be cycling from Swansea, South Wales to Beaumaris, North Wales as well as running up the three peaks of Wales in 24 hours.
