10.15am Body Weight Bootcamp, 11.15am Physical Fitness for 10-15 yr olds, 11.15am Metafit (30 minute HIIT) & 12.15pm Circuit Bootcamp (limited spaces)…Please arrive at least 15 minutes before each session
We are helping to raise funds for Katharine House Hospice which is such a wonderful local cause that has touched most people in the Banbury area in some way.
Having a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle what better way to support the efforts and hard work of all the staff, volunteers, families and fundraisers.
Exercise helps to promote a healthy lifestyle, why not use this opportunity to support and raise much needed funds for our local hospice.
