My story

 

On Saturday 31st October I completed 108 Sun Saluations for my charity, The FSI www.thefsi.org

Thank you so much to all of those who have sponsored me and to those who are about to. I was thinking of you all as I completed my sun salutes and my hamstrings still remember the 3 hours it took to complete them all clearly (one hour more than the two hours anticipated...ouch!)
