Hi my name is kyle weaver i am21/2 years old and suffer with cerebral palsy spastic diplegia this condition means i can not walk like all my friends can.

mummy and daddy want to take me to st louis hospital in missouri,usa for a operation called(SDR) selective dorsal rhizotomy .

And this will help me walk and change my life we need to raise £50,000for this dream to come true please help me get my dream
