Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Our nurses work night and day in people’s homes and our hospices offer specialist care. We also support people emotionally, provide practical information, and match them with trained volunteers.

Story

4 pipers, 1 tenor drummer and 2 flagwavers coming from Kalamunda, Western Australia to the Pipefest charity parade down Edinburgh's royal mile. It'll be a spectacular day out! The sight and sound of thousands of pipers and drummers marching down the high street will be one to remember - so come along on the day and show your support. Donate more than 20 quid and we'll even buy you a beer (not Fosters, promise)! Kicks off with the one o'clock gun on Saturday 7 August 2010.

All sponsorship money goes to Marie Curie Cancer Care. It's a few quid to you but they all add up in the fight against cancer - so make a big difference to someone's life today.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who donates.
