<p>Well... after putting it off for ages I have finally decided to put myself through some serious physical pain for others. For years I have dished it out and now I am self inflicting a duathlon. <br />A run, bike, run event, couldn't quite stretch myself to do the swim too.<br /><br />The event is Tri for Life at Dorney Lake in Eton on July 10th 2011. This is an amazing event and for a couple of years I have been a spectator and supporter, Julian did the Cycle part of a Triathlon team, and been in awe of people's dedication and fitness whilst I had a lovely picnic with the kids. <br /><br />Well this year I am actually doing it. I am under no illusion that this will be very hard work for me despite me giving the illusion that I am relatively fit! To be honest, I'm bricking it!!<br />Tri for Life support several charities, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, GOSH, Rays of Sunshine and Whizz-Kidz.<br /><br />I would really love it if you could sponsor me, I'm sure you are regularly asked for cash, but whatever you can part with would be so appreciated and would spur me on massively.<br />Zan is doing a Scootathlon, scoot, bike, run, which he is very excited about. If you would rather sponsor Zan, all money would be greatly received.</p>
