Well hello there! Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

It's simple really. We don't talk about mental health issues enough. Yet we all either know someone who has suffered or is suffering.

Whasstharrabout?

It's a topic that is ridiculed or brushed under the carpet. 1 in 4 of us WILL be affected by mental illness in our lifetime. Think about it - that's a helluva lot of people.

 

SANE are working their little socks off trying to get the message out there and give support to those who need it. But, as with many charitable organisations, they need
