I am putting my trainers back on after several years away from running and will be joining a team of staff and consultants from Albyn Hospital, who are taking place in the Balmoral Run on the 27th April.

The hospitals chosen charity for 2019 is Aberdeen Cyrenians who are a wonderful charity that assists the local community in so many ways.
