Is it that time of year again already!   Sue x 2, Nicole and myself are all gearing up to get ready for Sunday 6th September when we will take part in the Women's 5K in Hyde Park - it is a great excuse for us to get together and spend time raising money for a fantastic local charity to us.  Barnet Mencap makes a real difference to the lives of people (children and adults) with learning disabilities and their families and carers.    Please please sponsor us as we crawl, hop, skip, walk  jog and run round the park and you too can make a difference.
