I've been coerced into doing a 4 mile mud run - yes, you read that right, I'm running for charity this time.  The challenge takes place at the Aldershot army base so it isn't going to be easy!

Anyone who knows me well enough will know this really will be a challenge for me - but supporting our veterans is such a worthwhile cause.
