It’s that time of year again, the annual MND walk is fast approaching,  although a lesser distance at 22 miles I will be joined by my daughters Charlotte (11) and Emily (6) so this will be a massive achievement for them and something amazing I can share with them.  Help us on our way by digging deep every penny counts for this great cause x
