Every now and again I like to challenge myself - this might be the silliest one yet. A team of us from work will be tackling the 10K Wolf Run on 12th April - a fun course through the Warwickshire countryside, packed with natural and man-made obstacles to keep things interesting!

We are all taking part to support the Meningitis Research Foundation - a fantastic cause supporting research into the prevention, detection and treatment of meningitis and septicemia, sharing knowledge gained by this research, and promoting wider awareness of the diseases. We chose to raise money this charity following a nomination by a colleague whose family has been directly affected by meningitis.
