On 2nd August 2014 I will be taking part in the 26 mile Trekathon from Stonehenge to Avebury with Brian. We are training hard so we don't let ourselves and our supporters down on the day. I think it will be tougher than we ever imagined but we are determined to do this for such a worthy cause. 

We have been supporting Macmillan since my dad passed away in 2007. The excellent care he received during the time he spent at St Christopher's Hospice in Sydenham and the kindness and support the staff gave us when he passed away has inspired us to want to give something back. When I saw an advert for the Trekathon it seemed like the perfect challenge!!
