It is estimated that, in the UK alone, there are between 200,000 and 300,000 children living with Kinship families.  This is your chance to help raise awareness of Kinship Care and support those children that are not able to live with their parents for a variety of, often tragic, reasons.

This page is dedicated to my late sister-in-law, Amanda, who suddenly passed away on 7th November 2005 leaving a 4 year old son.  Kai came to live with us that day and all our lives changed forever.  I had never heard of Kinship Care before that day.

I have chosen Family Rights Group as one of my charities as they have been excellent at campaigning and lobbying for increased awareness of Kinship Care and I have met some lifelong friends at their events.
