For our Try-athlon, we are trying to swim 1 mile across lake Windermere....this we completed in 1hr 16minutes, not exactly fast but it was windy, cold and pretty scary!

Next, we completed the great Manchester Cycle, 13 miles in 1hr 18minutes.

On 15th September we are hoping to complete the hardest challenge of them all, the Great North Run.

The reason we are putting ourselves through this madness is to raise money for Cancer Reasearch so that more people who are diagnosed with cancer can be treated and cured.
