Karin Mulligan was a much loved & active member of our Greater Manchester Police Netball team. Sadly, she was diagnosed with Cancer and passed away on 27th March 2009.

Karin was a keen sportswoman, and some of you may remember her playing for the Kestrel Netball Club in Salford as well as representing GMP in regional swimming events.

In her memory, her love of sports has prompted us to arrange a fun Netball Tournament with all funds raised going to Bury Hospice (registered Charity #514728).  

Bury Grammar School has kindly given us the use of it's sports facilities and we are hoping to attract 35 Teams on the day. The event will take place on the anniversary of 27th March 2010 starting at 10a.m. to 5p.m.
