My story
Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. You will be amazed to know that I managed to walk the full 26 miles (with ne'er a blister in sight) of the Help Harry Help Others charity walk all round the outside edge of Birmingham last Sunday!!! This charity was started by an 11 year old lad, Harry Moseley, who sadly died last July as a result of a brain tumour - see www.hhho.co.uk
Tabitha and boyfriend Jay were already committed to do the walk in Tony's honour and I was able to join them since sadly he died somewhat earlier than expected. In fact the walk was exactly one month on from the day he died so it really seemed as if it were meant to be. The only thing to say - other than your money or your life - is that amazingly I finished in better shape than the 30 somethings and ran the last 100 metres to the finish. There's life in the old hippy baby boomers yet!!!!
