2011 has been marked by loss.
In April I lost my dad to lung cancer and in July a friend died of bowl cancer.
A friends young daughter has been diagnosed with cancer.
I wanted to do something personal to help young girls.
My hair has grown very long, it needs to be cut, but instead of just having a few inches cut.
I am going to have around 10 inches (25cm) cut on THURSDAY 20. October.
