<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I am pleased to say that I completed the London Marathon last Sunday, albeit in a slower time that I had hoped for! I managed to get cramps in just about every part of my legs at the 16th mile and was left with no choice but to walk/run the last 10 miles, following some assistance from the kind St John's Ambulance crew! I am hoping that my pain will go some way towards a gain for those less fortunate children in Rwanda so anything you can donate to this charity which helps orphaned families will be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;Even a pound or two will all help.</p> <p>Thanks, Karl</p>
