Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Here goes so as most of you may or may not know my daughter had heart surgery when she was two years old at Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital, the operation was best part of six hours and possibly one of the most stressful times as a parent. Angel had a leaking valve, this ment that her little heart had to work extra hard and would get out of breath and her hands and feet were constantly cold.

Due to the fantastic work that the surgeons undertook Angel has made a near on full recovery and is leading a normal life as a four year old monster! (with regular check ups on the repair work)

So being the kind of person i am i feel that it is time to give something back to this fantasic hospital that helped my daughter. Also being the person I am I  chose a slightly difficult option cycling from North London to Paris (That is not difficult I hear you say). Well 300 miles for an unfit, 16+ stone, 35 year old Safety bloke is a major ask. Futher to that I have not been on a bike since i passed my driving test at 17!!!!

So I ask that you please dig deep and donate now to a fantastic cause (I will be posting updates on facebook and this page where posssible of the training and ride just to give you all a laugh).
