I am taking part along with 100 other colleagues in the triathlon challenge raising money for the Royal National Othopaedic Hosipital in support for Sammy Eldridge a colleague currently battling cancer.

We are attempting t complete 8 triathlons in one day on Thursday 8th September 2011. The Challenge will be a Run -1mile/Cycle -5k/Swim -200 metres across 8 of our sites.
