This will be my second year taking part in the Palace to Palace ride for charity. Last year (in the rain) it took me around 6hours20mins, so with additional training I'd be hoping to complete in well under 6hours this time round.

To extend the challenge this year, I will also be running the Birmingham Half Marathon in the following week.
