Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
In just under three weeks, we will be cycling 100 miles (from Sekforde St, London, to Seckford St, Woodbridge) to raise money for the Bridge School.
This is a wonderful school, for pupils aged 2-19, with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties. The children's various needs are intensive, wide-ranging and frequently demanding in terms both of staffing and materials, but the School prides itself on doing all it can to meet them.
This is a cause close to our family's heart; Laura spent a week volunteering here in early 2012. It is a truly inspiring place, filled with passionate and caring teachers and staff. Yet with such complex needs, these children will always benefit from any extra specialised equipment.
Your donation will help fund expensive sensory equipment, playground facilities, theatrical lighting and much more - all things that make an enormous difference to the way that children enjoy their time at School; all things that would not have been bought without charitable support.
Please dig deep to support our efforts - just eighteen months after Christopher's knee surgery, and too many years since Karol cycled across Cuba, we need all the motivational support you can give us! Helping us to reach our fundraising target will do just that.
Thank you
Karol and Christopher
