Story

Hey ho!!! So i am on the scrounge for any donations you can make to support my Great North Swim at 10.30am on Sat 23rd June in Lake Windemere!

As you will all know i am the most lazy thing ever so if im going to put myself through a physical challenge like this then it is for something good!

I am raising money for Brysons based in Gateshead who look after unwanted pets and animals of all sorts. It is run completely on donations and the team there are amazing volunteers helping sort out all the animals badly treated by us humans! You would not believe the amount of animals neglected and just left to fend for themselves once people have had enough!

I was lucky enough to have Brysons help me deal with a feral cat and kitten (pic of kitten in my gallery after it was rescued!) in my backyard in a snowy xmas 2010 when no other organisation would - inculding RSPCA and the Council!! Their time and caring help meant both moggies got good homes and saved me from a nervous breakdown!!

SOOOOOO please dig deep and donate now (or when you get paid) because i am pretty nervous about this swim as never done anything like this before and as your donations will really help me get through the hours of training needed, those murky waters, the shame of wearing a wet suit AND ULTIMATELY keep a good, local, hard working animal charity going to save more cute animals lives!!!!

Love out! x
