Ok peeps, let the begging begin...

I have ms, we all know this, and I'm currently ok - I am lucky. many more people have it too in varying degrees, and are not so lucky.    

Donate a lot or a little but pleeease do something.  Research is currently coming on leaps & bounds - treatment & management is changing now, today, this year. Your support REALLY can make a difference.

Plus it's a bloody long way 10k...help spur me on and reach my (slightly optimistic) target!!!....
