I find it harder and harder to watch Comic Relief, with so many children suffering all over the world. So many of their problems and their suffering is preventable if we all just did a bit to help. 

Last year I watched in awe as John Bishop endured his week from hell. He really pushed himself to the limits to raise money for those suffering in the world. In total he raised 4 million pounds, that's £4,000,000!

I am realistic enough to realise I am not going to manage to raise that much. I do hope to raise £1,000 with your help. 

I am going to enter a 5km run in May and a 10km run in June. I find running quite a hard sport as I have problems with my knees. I am hoping to overcome this problem and complete both runs in a reasonable time. 

I also want to do a tandem skydive because not all fund raising has to be tough, right?! I have always wanted to try skydiving so this is a perfect opportunity. (I will be paying for the jump myself so all your sponsorship will go directly to Unicef.)

I will try to update this page as I start training so you can keep up with my progress and any other events I take part in.
