Along with some fellow Monkey Music mums and teachers, I am taking part in the East Grinstead Triathlon to raise money for the fabulous Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Charity.  

Nordoff Robbins music therapy can change the lives of children and adults in a wide range of circumstances including developmental delay, autism, neurological rehabilitation, dementia, palliative care and mental health issues. As a team we are aiming to raise enough money to provide over 300 individual music therapy sessions.
