So having thought I would never even do 1 triathlon - next weekend I'm doing my first olympic tri (1500m swim, 42km bike, 10km run) so what better time to raise some money for Medair.  If you know me then Medair should need no real explanation - life saving relief, worlds most vulnerable - what else do you need to know?
