Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. We love all dogs, and the people who love dogs too. We care for dogs in need through our network of 22 centres across the UK and Ireland, finding them loving new homes. A dog is for Life, not just for Christmas ©

Story

Hi everyone,

I'm going to be doing the Edinburgh Christmas Walk this year and I'd like to try to raise some money for Dogs Trust. I support Dogs Trust all year, but I always like to give a little extra at Christmas, because dogs deserve Christmas treats too!

I think the work these guys do is awesome. They keep the dogs they take in for as long as it takes to find them a new home, and they help a lot of stray and abused dogs get back to a normal, happy life. My dog Copper was a stray that my neighbours found, and he was shy and scared when we first took him in, but with lots of love he became the best dog ever. He lived a long life chasing bouncy balls and rabbits, and I love that Dogs Trust helps lots of other dogs do the same.

Please help a few good dogs become happy members of peoples families by supporting Dogs Trust this Christmas! Anything you can donate helps.

Love,

Kate
