<p><span style="color: #000080;">Hello!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;"><span style="color: #000080;">This April I am going to be taking part in a 12 week volunteer scheme in </span><span style="color: #00ff00;">Z</span><span style="color: #ff9900;">A<span style="color: #ff0000;">M<span style="color: #000000;">B<span style="color: #00ff00;">I<span style="color: #ff9900;">A</span></span></span></span></span><span style="color: #000080;">. The programme is called </span><span style="color: #000000;">International Citizen Service </span><span style="color: #000080;">(ICS) and run by the charity </span><span style="color: #000000;">Restless Development</span><span style="color: #000080;">. I will be working within a community along with other international and national volunteers to tackle issues such as unemployment, sexual health and other social problems contributing to poverty.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">The cost of the programme costs Restless Development around £6000 per volunteer and so I need to contribute <span style="color: #ff0000;">£2000 </span>towards this to take part in the programme. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">To do this I am trying to fundraise as much as possible from my lovely friends and family, starting it with... <span style="color: #ff0000;">A BUNGEE JUMP</span>!!<span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #000080;"> And just to make it that bit more exciting I also agreed to do a zip wire, abseil and powerfan jump all before the actual bungee!</span><span style="color: #333399;"> </span></span></span><span style="color: #333399;"><span style="color: #000080;">For those of you who know me you may be aware that I am not a fan of heights so please, please be generous to make it worthwhile, because to be honest I'm quite terrified!!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">I've also just signed up for a 5-6k run but this isn't just a normal run. Its called <span style="color: #ff0000;">The Major Series</span> and is a run with a difference including jumping into mud and streams, climbing up hills and over hay bales and basically a running assault course! check out the video i've added to see more!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;"> For those of you interested I also have some lovely tubes of smarties to give away if in return you fill it with 20p's for me so let me know if you would like one!</span></p>
