I came for bronze, I trained for bronze. I did silver (65km) in possibly the worst conditions they've known. Top of the dales work lightning falling all around. Hard driving rain. Having to jump wide treacherous flash floods on legs that had already walked 50/60km. If you haven't sponsored me already. In over my ankles in water and mud, slipping, falling crying ... But I did it, I did more than I went for in a year with record drop out rates.
