I am running the Virgin London Marathon 2017 on April 23rd, 8 days later I will be running the MK Half Marathon and on the 19th May I will be joining colleagues to walk another marathon. My number for VLM is 22781, if you want to track me.

I am also committed to running 1000 miles before mid June 2017 to round out the challenges.

I have so far covered 751 miles in 2017, running in snow, hail, fog, rain & for most of Jan in complete darkness.

I am raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK.

A colleague has been diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer and has been given as little as two years to live. I am delighted to say that he has to date defied his earliest prognosis and has just completed the Marathon Des Sables.

Please help me to raise some funds for this cause.
