Hi there!
Just to say I have successfully completed the London 10k on 11 July 2010 in one hour 15 - the heat was intense!
I'm raising funds again for Contact a Family, who offer support, advice and information for families with disabled children. You can read about the family in the photo,and the issues faced by other families with disabled children in our publication Our family, our future at:

It costs three times as much to raise a disabled child, and many parents struggle to hold down a job due to the emotional, practical and physical pressures of being a carer.
