On 20th September I will be taking part in the Great North Run, my first half Marathon !  Having lost a dear friend to Cancer earlier this year I am motivated to run and raise as much money as possible for the Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity. 

I met Jude in 1995 just prior to the birth of our first babies.  A very caring, strong and determined lady she helped me greatly through the baby challenges, day trips and kiddies parties !  Her enthusiasum and involvement in so many activities was a great inspiration to me and all who knew her.  A true friend, who is missed greatly by so many.
