Story
Thanks for taking the time and effort to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you may know, I have connections with a charity called psds which helps children with Down syndrome (including our gorgeous niece, Thea). The charity provides essential support and services including early development sessions, speech and language therapy and after school activities to help encourage the children to reach their full and fabulous potential.
I have decided (foolishly!) to run the Brentwood Half Marathon on 21st March 2010 (World Down syndrome Day) to try to raise a little bit of money for psds. This is the furthest that I have EVER run and I may well be crawling and sobbing to the finishing line! So if you do feel able to help by donating to my JustGiving page then I would really appreciate it. As psds is a small charity, every single penny raised really does help it to continue to exist and provide its essential services.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thank you again,
