These services include: Homes for Children and Young Adults, Supported Holidays and Respite Care, Assessments for Families in Crisis, Mental Health Services for Women, Day Support Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mentoring Schemes for Young People.

My story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page, my aim is to raise £200 for the charity Break who help families and young people in need.

I am climbing Snowdon in September to raise money to fund the valuable work of this charity and would appreciate all donations- whatever the size!
