Bupa Great North Run 2012 · 16 September 2012 ·

Every two hours, someone in the UK will become paralysed. Globally, it is estimated that 15.4 million people are living with paralysis. At Spinal Research our vision is to create a world where paralysis can be cured, no matter when the injury occurred or where in the world.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Fighting Paralysis and Winning...

As many of you might know, Spinal Research is a charity that is very close to my family and myself. Me and my older brother, Antony have entered the Great North Run 2012 to raise as much money as we possibly can for this amazing cause.

We have started our training already to ensure we can get the best time we can as this will also be a personal achievement as well as a fundraising one.

I have a target of £450 but I will be over the moon if I can smash that and present Spinal Research with more so please dig deep and donate anything you possibly can!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
