A group of 24 Amazonians are taking on the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge on 15th June to raise money for Tŷ Hafan. The challenge consists of climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan all within 15hours!

Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children and
their families helping them make the most of the time they have left
together. For Tŷ Hafan to offer this unique service completely free of
charge to families in Wales, it has to raise £4 million every year.
